Beginner's Workshops..
For complete beginners to burlesque or dancing in general. This is a great way to see if it's for you by learning the basic moves and working on routines or styles your interested in while focusing on your performance skills and bringing that sexy side of you to the public.
Different workshops available include..
* Burlesque Dance- 2 hr session
* Comic Performance- 2 hr session
* Tassle twirling-1.5 hr session (small groups only-includes how to make your own tassles)
* Burlesque/Pole dancing 3 hr with a break between styles.
* Rock/Neo burlesque- 2 hour session
* Boylesque for those sexy boys ready to give it a go-2 hr session
* Striptease- 2 hour session.
* Fascinator making workshop (how to make your own accessories for performance or pleasure)
All workshops are £20 each except Burlesque/pole which is £40
All workshops can be hired for your venue as a combination of 2 or 3 as a day package.
Burlesque Beginner's 6 Weeks Course
The next sessions running in Manchester are held at Sunshine studios as follows
Every Wednesday 8-9pm Sep 9th-Oct 21st (no class 14th oct)
Every Monday 8-9pm Nov 9th-Dec 21st (no class 23rd nov)
After a workshop or wether your ready to jump in and commit to a course this is a great way to work on routines as a group, perfect your new skills while making friends doing so. Its also a nice steady pace to get you on your way. Classes are £10 per 1 hour session.
The Art Of Striptease 6 Weeks course
For those of us ready to get stuck in and seduce this course focuses on a striptease from a costume down to pasties (nipple tassles). We will be in small groups and will work together on a solo style performance piece. Classes are £15 per 1 hour session and will run with a limit of 8 per group.
Beginner's Group Performance 6 Weeks Course
Maybe once you have done one of the above or maybe even before you feel ready to take to the stage or at least feel like you want to give it a go then this is for you, why limit your amazing new skills to your mirror or your fella when you can show it to an appreciative audience?? These classes work on routines as a group with the option of duets and solos to be performed in a local club for the public and of course your family and friends. £10 per 1 hour session.
Beginners/Intermediate/Advanced Individuals 3 Weeks Performance Course
If you want to get started as a performer in your own right this course can help you put together your own persona and routines while teach you tecniques used in burlesque and other erotic dance forms if you wish. Tailor made to your needs this is good for beginners wishing to get started or performers returning to the stage or looking for outside help to enhance there performance.
Classes are 3x2 hour sessions or 6x1 hour sessions and cost £120 for the complete course.
Striptease/Tassle Twirling/ Drag Acts or Boylesque 1 on 1 Classes
This is a 2 hour session that is designed to suit your personal abilities and requests.
Its ideal for beginners who wish to gain confidence before joining a group session, people who have limited free time or prefer 1 on 1's or if you have a deadline for a performance and wish to work on an act. This is also a good idea if you are intent on creating your own performances and wish to work in burlesque/striptease/adult performance.
After this one session you will have a complete routine that you can confidently perform in public or in private for that special someone if preferred..£80 per session
