Why burlesque?

Burlesque and striptease is no longer a 'taboo' artform.
These days with shows such as Sex and the City and How To Look Good Naked almost everyone and there mother are willing to shed those clothes and become a modern woman at ease with her own body and sexuality and rightly so I say!!

With a new modern attitude celebrating the female form its with a sigh of relief that society now recognises that women of all shapes and sizes can be and are sexy. Wether your a waif or a curvy chick, tall, short, sporty or on the larger side it's now being realised that the more confident and happy we are in ourselves the sexier we become, gone are the ridiculous ideals of fake looking women and looking a certain way to please a man.

Burlesque is an artform where women can enjoy being women and sexy independant ones at that!!
By joining other like minded ladies we can let our selves go, have fun lose our inhibitions and put ourselves first for a change, and above all of that of course it's great fun!!

Burlesque dance classes are a fun way for adult females to get together, have a laugh, dress up if they wish and build confidence in a positive environment.

Sometimes learning to dance can be daunting for adults but burlesque classes for dancers and non dancers alike are a great way to get in shape learn a new experience in a refreshingly relaxed environment while having fun learning a new skill.
